TEMPORARY COVID-19 UPDATED RETURN POLICY:
To reduce exposure, we are not taking returns at this time. If you have an item that you need to return, please hold onto it for the extended return period of 90 days. We will honor your items with tags & receipt until we can adhere to our customer friendly policy you can read below. Thank you! If you have questions, please email our owner at email@example.com.
At DressDode, customer satisfaction is #1. Each return/exchange is an opportunity for us to provide the best service possible even in the event of a return. We ultimately prefer to exchange items within 30 days, receipt present, tags attached, unwashed and unworn.
What happens if I lose my receipt?
We can help you with that! We can look up your purchases by your name in order to complete your return/exchange process.
